Job Description: 

Now is your chance to be part of the future of real estate. Homie is looking for Arizona licensed real estate agents to join our team as Buyer Agents. The Buyer Agent position will work with the Head of Real Estate as they engage their sphere of influence to ensure customers can tour homes while adhering to all Real Estate Division rules, regulations, and best practices. You’ll get an up front seat to the growing market share of Homie and be able to take advantage of our marketing tactics, while working for a disruptive technology company that does hundreds of deals a month. 

The way real estate has been sold for the past 100 years is old, outdated and not practical for today's consumers. This is your chance to be part of real disruption.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Buyer Team Leader to manage buyer leads for a specific geography for Phoenix AZ, East Valley Coverage 

  • Review showing requests, manage client needs, and monitor interested properties on MLS

  • Call all potential clients, handle any client concerns, and work with clients’ schedules

  • Serve as a conduit for sales lead generation

  • Provide process improvement ideas for the showing request process

  • Be an outstanding representation of the homie brand

Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona Real estate license 

  • Previous experience showing homes

  • Real estate contract experience preferred

  • Real estate CRM experience a plus

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

  • People-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Compensation: 

We understand joining a new team and building a strong pipeline takes time, don't worry Homie has your back. Our compensation packages are set up to keep food on the table as you grow your business. Full-time agents will receive a guaranteed salary based upon a 40-hour work week, plus a bonus compensation structure. This allows time for training on all the amazing tools Homie has to offer without stressing over the power bill. Happy to discuss the details with qualified candidates during your first interview.
