Now is your chance to be part of the future of real estate. Homie is looking for an Utah-licensed real estate agent to join our team as a Seller’s Agent. Agents working their SOI has proven to be significantly easier with Homie than under any traditional brokerage. Homie also has new listings every month who need your expertise, support, and negotiation skills - all while helping our customers seamlessly navigate the real estate transaction using Homie technology (online software). You will gain unrivaled access to Homie’s growing customer base, working for a disruptive technology company that does hundreds of deals a month. The way real estate has been sold for the past 100 years is old, outdated and not practical for today's consumers. This is your chance to be part of real disruption.
Work with Homie customers and help them navigate the listing process using Homie’s web based software
Call all potential clients, handle any client concerns, and work with clients’ schedules
Handle customers’ concerns and issues diplomatically
Ability to work autonomously requiring very little supervision to perform effectively
Homie Agents demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Active Utah Real Estate License
Previous experience showing homes
Real estate contract experience preferred
Real estate CRM experience a plus
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
People-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
