Job Description

Now is your chance to be part of the future of real estate. Homie is looking for Idaho licensed real estate agents to join our team.. The Agent position will work with one of Idaho's Team Leads as they work company customers and engage their sphere of influence, to ensure customers can tour homes and list property, while adhering to all Real Estate Division rules, regulations, and best practices. You'll get an up front seat to the growing market share of Homie and will be able to take advantage of our marketing tactics, while working for a disruptive technology company that does hundreds of deals a month. The way real estate has been sold for the past 100 years is old, outdated and not practical for today's consumers. This is your chance to be part of real disruption.


  • Work with Team Lead to manage clients for a specific geography
  • Review showing requests, manage client needs, and monitor interested properties on MLS
  • Help sellers complete necessary steps to get their property listed on the MLS and other sites
  • Assisting customers from start to finish in successfully Buying and Selling property
  • Call all potential clients, handle any client concerns, and work with clients' schedules
  • Serve as a conduit for sales lead generation
  • Provide process improvement ideas for both Buy and Sell
  • Be an outstanding representation of the Homie brand
  • Ability to work autonomously requiring very little supervision to perform effectively
  • Homie Agents demonstrate excellent attention to detail


  • Current Idaho Real estate license
  • Previous experience showing, and listing homes preferred
  • Real estate contract experience preferred
  • Real estate CRM experience a plus
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • People-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
