As a full-time Buyer’s Agent, Kevin is here to help all of our buyers find the right home for their family. He also specializes in helping investors buy their next single-family investment property. 

Kevin’s Background

Kevin was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He’s been in Vegas since 2007 and now has a growing family with two kids and a grandson. 

After buying his Vegas home in 2015 Kevin was inspired to get into real estate after learning about the benefits of real estate by consuming everything he can get his hands on: blogs, books, podcasts, seminars – you name it. Kevin got his start in real estate working as an acquisitions manager for various fix and flip companies. He got license in 2018, and we’re grateful to have him on our team helping serve many of our buyers. 

Outside of work, Kevin loves to do outdoor activities with family including hiking, jet skis, and lakes. He tries to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, even if it’s just playing basketball or volleyball on the weekends at the Summerlin park.

Tips from Kevin

As a Buyer’s Agent and investor, Kevin works with a variety of buyers, investors, and real estate entrepreneurs. Here are some tips from Kevin for anyone reading:

  1. Check out Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning. Kevin attributes massive positive shifts in his mindset and life to this book. 
  2. If you’re a buyer, before you start shopping be sure to get prequalified so you can set an accurate budget from the beginning and make strong offers quickly.
  3. If you’re an investor and you’re not sure how to structure your offer a simple formula that helps set a baseline is to calculate the comparable value of the home after repairs and then calculate your cost of repairs to determine the maximum you might be able to offer to the seller.
