Meet Homie Colorado’s Head of Real Estate, Philip Kranefuss; a real estate veteran who has helped hundreds of people and families buy and sell their homes. The Homie Colorado team wouldn’t be the same without Phillip’s broad expertise and passion for innovation.
Philip’s Background
Philip may not be a native to Colorado, but he is a native to the cold weather. Growing up in Michigan and spending a portion of his collegiate years in Ohio, Philip decided to move to Colorado over 10 years ago after visiting the Rocky Mountains for a ski trip. Having both a history degree and a family history in professional motorsports, Philip worked in the auto racing industry in North Carolina for several years. He worked for various Nascar pit and road crews and was part of the founding team for an Indycar manufacturing startup before switching gears to real estate.
Philip earned his real estate license in 2008 with a vision to start his own brokerage. He launched that brokerage in 2012 and successfully grew the roster to over 130 agents before selling it in 2018. Then, he stepped into a different role as Vice President of a major Colorado title company.
Why Homie?
With a major interest in improving the customer experience in real estate, the timing couldn’t have been better for Philip to join Homie. He’s helped lead the effort to launch the Homie Colorado team in 2020. Philip’s background in IT, sales, title, real estate, and startups allow him to serve the growing Homie Colorado client base. He ensures each and every Homie client has the best experience possible.
